This page contains information on the Unico related manuscripts used for the pilot episode, Unico Black Cloud and White Feather, and the second film, Unico in the Island of Magic. We wanted to include these scripts as they’re part of Unico’s history and Osamu Tezuka’s work. These drafts give us a glimpse into the beginning development of the films and a better understanding of story direction, themes, and much more.
We learned there isn’t a script for the first film, Unico (aka The Fantastic Adventures of Unico), as they mention this in the notes from the Osamu Tezuka Scenario Aggregation. If anything appears, we will update this page accordingly.
