A new Kickstarter project celebrating the works of Osamu Tezuka launches on August 1st. This massive, two-volume set will include 600 pages of art, comics, and more from artists around the world. The website states there will be stories featuring characters from Astro Boy, Black Jack, Big X, Dororo, Unico, and more. If you pledge to the campaign, there is a two-sided poster featuring Atom on one side, and Unico on the other.
The books will be available in two formats which include manga sized paperbacks and an oversized hardcover. Limited edition boxed sets will also be available, but only during the campaign. The Magnetic Press website mentions a November release date, so not too far off!
