Unico was one of several manga published in Sanrio’s Lyrica magazine during the later part of the 70s. It featured full-color pages and was made to be read left-to-right — much like Western countries. Sanrio discontinued the magazine, with the 29th issue being its last.
A small Unico appears on most covers, but issue 20 is the only cover Unico is the primary image.
