My Unico Diary/Journal
This diary/journal was available from Sanrio after the second theatrical film, Unico in the Island of Magic, was released in theaters. Like many products during that time, the rainbow motif is present, and Unico has a multicolored horn. The hardcover book features a blue gradient with multicolored bubbles surrounding Unico. He is present on the front and back covers. The lock comes with two keys.
The interior of the book is also in color. While the paper is white, the lines are blue, and you’ll see Unico in his adult form on the top left, and his regular flying form on the bottom right.

My Unico Clip Binder
This clip binder opens up to reveal a small pocket on the left side and a built-in clipboard with My Unico tablet paper on the back. The cover and back feature Unico in various poses used in a lot of products during that time. The rainbow motif covers the entire front and back covers. Measures 9.5 inches by 8.5 inches.
Was priced around $3.75 USD / 550 Yen.
My Unico Notepad
This notepad has a similar design to the diary/journal you saw up above, where Unico is surrounded by rainbow bubbles. It came with 20 sheets of lined paper for you to write notes or anything you fancy. To the side is what the sheets looked like. It has the “My Unico” logo on the top and then Unico and the bubbles at the bottom.
This was priced at $1.25 / 150 yen.
My Unico Address Book
Here’s a different style of address book using the rainbow design used in 1984. Unlike the previous book, this is spiral bound with pages in alphabetical order for you to add your friend’s name, address, phone number, and birthday. Pictured above are the front and back covers.

My Unico Letter Set
Sanrio released this stationery set in 1984 as part of the “My Unico” collection. It came with 12 sheets to write on and six envelopes that featured Unico on each. Everything fit neatly into the folder, which had Unico on the front and back cover, as well as on the interior bottom lip which holds the stationery.
The colorful rainbow design is bright and cheerful; great for giving to someone.
It sold for $1.95 / 250 yen.
My Unico Paper Hand-tear Pencil Eraser
Looking for an eraser with precision? Check out this pencil eraser where you tear back the paper to reveal more of the eraser tip. It has a more comfortable grip when used, unlike the rectangular ones. The body features Unico in several poses and was first available in 1984.

My Unico Pencil Sharpener
This My Unico pencil sharpener featured a barrel-style design and transparent canister for your pencil shavings. It features the popular Unico design with him sitting and rainbow bubbles. The body of the one shown to the left is pink, but we’re not sure if there were other colors available.
