1984 Unico Bags

One thing that stands out about the 1984 products is that it introduced the rainbow design. While these designs might have fit in with what was popular at the time during the 80s, Unico in the Island of Magic focused on light and changing colors, perhaps represented in the 1984 collection. Either way, the rainbow is certainly nostalgic for those who lived during the 80s.

My Unico Zipper Pouch

This zipper pouch is part of a set of “My Unico” bags released after the second film, Unico in the Island of Magic, was in theaters. There were four known designs put out in 1983 and 1984, and this one in particular says it was released in 1984. Unico is featured on the front and back, surrounded by multicolored circles or bubbles.

This sold for around 95 cents USD / 150 Yen.
