Physical Appearance
Starrow has long silver/white hair and a patch over his eye. He has a lab coat and suit underneath with an ascot around his neck. If you’re familiar with Osamu Tezuka’s series “Black Jack,” you may have noticed it’s a version of Dr. Kiriko. While we know Dr. Kiriko lost his eye during the war, we’re uncertain what happened to him in Unico.
Personality
He’s quite intelligent and willing to help in Unico: Hunted. In the original manga as Dr. Kiriko, he’s more cynical because of his past position as a military doctor. In other versions, he’s ambitious and even a little humorous.
